Every drink is handcrafted in our workshop by our head mixologist Lou and the team, using top-shelf spirits, fresh juices, and natural infusions.
Thanks to our signature pre-batching method, we’re able to capture the complexity of a freshly shaken cocktail — but make it faster, more consistent, and more sustainable for bars, restaurants, and events.
Shaking does more than just mix — it transforms the drink. A proper shake chills the cocktail to around -3°C to -7°C, aerates the texture, and ensures a uniform blend of ingredients like citrus, juice, and syrups. This rapid chilling and light dilution enhance mouthfeel, soften alcohol burn, and bring the full flavour profile into balance.
Even though our cocktails are pre-batched, a quick shake with ice can elevate the experience — just like a bartender would.
Our cocktail kegs are compatible with virtually any tap installation — including standard beer taps. All you need is a KeyKeg coupling, which is widely available.
For large events, we offer mobile tap setups. If you're serving 150+ cocktails a week at a bar, restaurant, or permanent venue, we’re happy to help you with the right built-in or mobile tap setup. Get in touch and we’ll help you find the setup that fits.
We use a Bag-in-Keg system — a hard shell containing an airtight inner bag. As you pour, the bag collapses inside the keg, preventing oxygen from ever touching the liquid.
This design protects the cocktail from both oxidation and UV exposure, keeping it fresh, flavourful, and shelf-stable for up to 2 months after opening.
